101 real estate firms enter insolvency

Over 100 companies offering real estate activities in England and Wales entered insolvency in the first quarter of 2016.

Figures from the Insolvency Service revealed that there were 18 insolvencies for firms buying and selling real estate, 44 for companies renting and operation owned or leased real estate and 39 who provide real estate activities on a fee or contract basis.  Read full article

Ignoring a Brexit valuation clause is ‘not an option’, warns surveyor
