  • Additional income is required in all cases which can be used to supplement the rental income in assessment of the debt serviceability
  • Satisfactory credit search
  • Completion Fee – 3% (1.5% retained by Fortwell Capital)
  • ERC – 6/5/4% with 1% in the final 3 months before expiry
  • Interest charged quarterly in advance – First quarter is deducted from the loan
  • A further 3 months’ interest is deducted and applied to the account as a reserve
